50th anniversary celebrations of Holy Rosary
Archbishop and his portrait at Holy Rosary school

At the opening and blessing of the Holy Rosary Catholic School Early Learning Centre on 4/10/2011. In St. Bernard's Hall Archbishop Adrian Doyle received a framed portrait of himself done by one of the students at the school.

Sisters Mary Rickards, Maureen Rigby & Pamela Davies (all have close ties to the school) and Barbara Watson and June Gatehouse (both had children at the school and were on school committees etc.) Photo taken after Mass at St. Bernard's Church, Claremont prior to the 50th Anniversary Dinner on 7/10/2011.

The black and white photo was of the official opening and blessing of Holy Rosary on March 5th 1961. It shows Archbishop Guilford Young (centre) with Fr. Clune MSC on his right and Fr. Papworth SDB on his left. The two girls were part of a choir from Holy Name School, Glenorchy, which later was to form part of Dominic College.
