Tasmanian Catholic Schools Parents Council (TCSPC) is currently seeking an:

Administration Officer – Permanent Part Time – 3 day per week

The TCSPC is the peak body of Tasmanian Catholic School Parents’. The Council is a collaborative and representative organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting accessible, quality education for all children in Catholic school communities.

As Administration Officer you will provide:

• Reception and quality customer service

• Administration and secretarial support

• Financial management, compliance and records management

What you bring to the roles:

• Extensive experience and demonstrated capacity to provide reception and administration services

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients, stakeholders and networks

• Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail and the ability to use MS office programs and other databases

• An understanding of and commitment to the role of parents and care givers in the education of their children

• Ability to work some outside normal hours of work.
