Adult Faith Formation is inclusive in its approach, respecting diversity and working collaboratively with individuals and faith communities to live out the vision & mission of the Archdiocese of Hobart.
Adult formation aims to:

• Assist parish communities in nurturing, supporting and empowering adults to learn more about their faith so that they can live their Christian mission in the home, church and world.
• Provide formation people involved in leadership roles in the Parish e.g. Parish Pastoral Councils.
• Respond to local needs with initiatives in adult faith education.
• Assist parishes in the formation of small groups and networks in faith development for adults.
• Support and sustain small groups to integrate faith and everyday life.
